The Sequoia Standard
The Giant Sequoia in our logo is not decoration. It is our standard.
Giant Sequoias are some of the largest and longest living trees in the world. They spend centuries standing tall through fire, drought, and storms. Their thick bark and wide, interconnected roots let them absorb damage that would destroy most other trees, and even after they fall, their trunks keep sheltering and feeding life around them for decades.
Our logo reminds us that real strength is built in hard times, that roots matter more than appearance, and that our job is to keep working on ourselves through daily practice so we can show up where it matters most, for the people counting on us.

Why we are qualified
This practice is built on lived experience inside real companies. For more than two decades the work has sat in the middle of growth, transformation, turnarounds, private equity, and Fortune 500 organizations, shaping strategy, culture, organization design, labor and employee relations, and executive coaching, supported by clinical mental health counseling training. That mix lets us move fluently between a P and L, the culture that carries it, and the inner struggles people bring to the table.
